Abstract for: Managing Repeated Errors in Product Development and Design (in Japanese) by Shiro Fukushima

Product development including cost efficiency, quality and punctual delivery time is a core activity of corporate value creation, and its design failure is fatal to corporations. Yet, we daily experience repeated errors in its system design. This workshop is intended to mostly Japanese researchers and corporate managers who want to avoid repeated errors in their product development and system design processes, and improve the system performances.
