Abstract for: Project Evaluation

Project evaluation of socio-economic development sponsored by developed country and international donor agencies are important for guarantee efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation and accountability to tax payer of donor countries. However, there is argument of incorporate quantitative approach for support existing evaluation methodology mainly based on evaluator’s impression and observation. Author insists methodology combine ST/SD modeling approach with PCM methodology.
