Abstract for: Factors that Influence Doctors' Career Choices and Shortage of Doctors

The number of patients with severe disease that has been increasing due to the aging society in spite of the increase , nature is one of the major social phenomenon in recent years of " doctor shortage " means that the number of doctors to examine the patient it is believed is that it has been reduced .
